Pancakes

Ali asked for this a while ago, so here it is — my Grandpa Mel Gibson’s Neverfail Pancakes recipe:

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar [optional]
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp oil
